How we work together

We use the systems we build.

We run our own business on the same systems we build for yours: EOS-style weekly meetings, quarterly Rocks, one owner per metric, and a company-wide commitment that no one — including us — starts their Monday in chaos. If it wouldn’t work for our team, we don’t ship it to yours.
